He completed master’s and doctoral degrees in Financial Law, after completing his undergraduate degrees in Business and Law faculties. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Independent Auditor, and Lawyer. Turut has held partnership and managerial positions at BDO International Turkey for over 20 years and served as a contract lecturer for 6 years at Marmara University’s English Business Faculty. Additionally, he is recognized for his professional opinions by appearing as a guest on news and commentary programs on national and international television channels. Şenol Turut has authored 2 books and published over 100 scientific articles in the professional field. He is proficient in English.

Kadir Dabbağoğlu is graduated from the Business School of Istanbul Marmara University in 1985, and he received PhD degree at accounting and finance from The Institute of Social Sciences in the same university in 2003. He received his professional qualification in 1993. During his business life, commencing in 1987 he worked as audit manager in audit sector, chief financial officer in leasing and production sector and instructor in education sector. Lectures and seminars he gave are on accounting, finance, internal control, audit, and business mathematics. In accounting and auditing field, he has various articles published by academic journals and four books with single author, published by international publishers. He has been keeping going to lecture at Istanbul Rumeli University as professor at accounting and is a congress member of the football club, Fenerbahçe.

Yaşar Taşdemir was born in Amasya. He began his academic journey at Marmara University’s Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, where he studied in the Department of Public Finance. He successfully completed his master's degree in Fiscal Law at the same faculty. Having served for many years as an inspector and chief inspector at the Social Security Institution, Yaşar Taşdemir has been working as a partner at Truth Human Resources since April 2024. His numerous articles and columns on labor law and social security law have made significant contributions to the academic field. Yaşar Taşdemir speaks English.

Jamali started his career as a Chief Auditor in a major auditing firm, providing service for many years. He has continued his activities as an independent Certified Public Accountant since 2010. His significant contributions to the scientific field include two books and numerous articles in the field of taxation. Ahmet Tarık Jamali is married and has two children.

He is a graduate of the Economics department at Süleyman Demirel University. He is an Economist and a Financial Advisor. He has worked in tax audit and consultancy services for over 10 years at companies such as Marsh & McLennan Companies and BDO (Denet YMM A.Ş.). Throughout his career, he has audited companies’ accounting records in compliance with tax laws, developed solutions for clients in tax matters, and provided tax consultancy services. He has been working as a Senior Manager at Horizon Financial Advisory Inc. since 2019. He is proficient in English.

She completed her primary and secondary education in Manisa. She graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Gaziantep University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. She holds master’s degrees from the Department of Economic Law and the Economic Law Program at Gaziantep University, as well as the Accounting and Auditing Program at Istanbul Ticaret University. She conducts research in the field of Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Law and is also involved in studies related to Artificial Intelligence Law and Space Law. She is currently pursuing a degree in History at Istanbul University. She is a member of the Union of Turkish Certified Public Accountants and Sworn-in Certified Public Accountants. She has been providing tax consultancy services to companies from various sectors, including Industry, Tourism, and Construction, as well as group companies and holdings in the field of tax auditing for the past 12 years. She continues her profession at Truth Horizon Audit and Consulting Company.

Özlem Aydoğdu was born in Istanbul. Aydoğdu graduated from the Business Administration department of Anadolu University. He began their career by serving in various units of the Istanbul Tax Office of the Revenue Administration for 6 years. Later, Aydoğdu transitioned to the private sector and worked in Audit and Certified Public Accountant firms in the Audit and Attestation processes for 8 years. In 1999, Aydoğdu obtained the title of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by passing the relevant exams, demonstrating their professional competence. Additionally, in 2015, they added a new dimension to their career by obtaining the Independent Auditor License from the Public Oversight, Accounting, and Auditing Standards Authority (KGK). Since 2004, Aydoğdu has run their own office and actively provides Accounting, Consulting, and Audit services in various sectors, specializing in system setup, taxation, Social Security Institution matters, and accounting.

Esma Gök graduated from Yıldız Technical University in 2015. In the same year, she started working in the Reporting Team in the Sales Finance Department at PepsiCo and held this position for 2 years. In 2017, she took a new direction in her career by stepping into the business world as a Tax Audit Assistant. She continued to work in the field of Independent Auditing and currently holds the position of Audit Manager. Additionally, she has received training and certifications in Inflation Accounting and International Management Reporting.
